
I won't cheat or ditch my raw veganism, however, I would construct a raw vegan dessert by deconstructing an actual dessert.
Ingredients.
- Dried coconut powder- 1 cup.
- Cashew nut powder - 1/4 cup.
- Walnut powder - 1/4 cup.
- Ground nut powder - 1/4 cup.
- Almond powder - 1/4 cup.
- Dates - 1 cup.
- Coconut butter - 3 tsp.
- Water melon seed - 4 tsp
- Cake tray to set the burfi.
Preparation.
Take off the seeds from the dates and make a paste using a mixer grinder. If your dates are hard, soak them in water for 3-4 hours so that making the paste is easy(Do not add water while grinding).
Take a large bowl, add dried coconut powder, cashew nut powder, walnut powder, ground nut powder, almond powder, date paste, and coconut butter. Mix it well or knead it using your hands.
Grease the cake tray well with ghee(1 tsp) and spread the above mixture evenly. Sprinkle some melon seeds and slightly press them so that they stick well. Mark the square or rhombus shape using a knife so removing the burfi later is easy.
Put the tray in the freezer for an hour and Aaila RAWWW......Topra pak is ready....
